Coventry Park works with preferred providers who have agreed to abide by established best practices. Hospice providers, in conjunction with Coventry Park staff, tailor a resident and family-centered hospice care program. Together, we make it possible for our residents with end-of-life needs to receive high quality, hospice care while remaining at Coventry Park. Hospice is an integral part of our commitment to aging in place.
Coventry Park embraces the hospice philosophy of ensuring the right to dignity and comfort during the final phase of our residents' lives. We provide care management combined with emotional support. Our staff makes it a priority to be responsive to families' needs and residents' wishes.
